Our client a well-reputable cleaning, packaging and paper solutions company seeking a customer service representative to join their ever-expanding team!


  • Responsible for taking and processing orders by telephone, email, and fax;
  • Following-up with clients in a diligent manner and following delivery of products (e.g., ensure delivered products meet customer standards and satisfaction);
  • Resolving delivery issues or problems and provide solutions that meet customer and client standards;
  • Recording/documenting communications;
  • May be required to coordinate relations between drivers and other departments;
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Ability to multitask; Quick learner
  • Exceptional customer-service abilities;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Good time management and organizational skills;
  • 6 months of relevant office experience;
  • Fluently bilingual (French and English written and spoken)
