Your tasks as a Costumer Service Representative:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls requesting status updates
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale by reading the script
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Generate sales leads and meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Coordinate and support sales program and its activities to support growth
  • Create and review dashboards and performance KPIs with managers
  • Any other duties as required to fulfill the needs of the department


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Proven customer support experience, especially in resolving complaints via phone and email
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
