Do you have experience working in a call center? We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Anjou area to join our clients’ team of professionals! If you are looking for a new challenge as a Customer Service Representative, this is the ideal opportunity for you!



  • Answer incoming customer calls
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Responsible for resolving customer issues and inquiries
  • Perform order entry in an accurate and timely manner


  • High school diploma
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a strong asset
  • Capable of handling a large volume of calls while maintaining professional and efficient service
  • Ability to think problems through and recommend creative solutions to nonstandard customer issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) in a professional manner
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office applications), good typing skills
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Proactive nature, high attention to detail, and takes initiative

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 1:00PM – 10:00PM

Salary: 37,500$
