Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative who is looking to work in a multi-functional, fast-paced environment? We are currently looking for a CSR to join a striving team of professionals that specialize in wholesale maintenance, repair, and operations. They are one of the largest distributors in North America and are actively growing their team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for the needs of customers, clients and sales representatives alike.


  • Respond to customer orders and quotation requests via telephone, email or fax
  • Preform necessary follow ups to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Research and have product knowledge to suggest alternative products to customers
  • Use internal computerized system for tracking, gather and/or troubleshooting
  • Give the utmost level of support to clients and customers
  • Select correct processes from prescribed rules and instruction
  • Ensure a high level of detail in all work


  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service
  • Must be fully bilingual (Eng. / Fr.) written and oral
  • Must have High School Diploma
  • Industry knowledge is considered an asset
