Our client located in Ville St-Laurent is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent
- Answers and responds to a high-volume of inbound calls and emails with the highest degree of politeness and professionalism at all times
- Make outgoing calls to existing customers regarding orders
- Research and respond to customer inquiries via phone, and e-mail
- Maintain department quality and productivity standards
- May assist in training new employees * Process orders (data entry, follow up….)
- Know and adhere to business procedure guidelines at all times
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required
- Full Time Permanent job, must be able to work on Saturday’s when necessary.
- Excellent spoken and written English & French
- Customer service work experience preferred * Proficient multi-tasker
- Self motivated and team oriented
- Excellent communication and good computer skills
- Very good in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent in Excel is an asset
- SAP software knowledge is an asset.
- College Degree an asset
