Fuze HR is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent within the medical supply field. The ideal candidate will have call center experience; bilingualism and a willingness to learn is a must!

Responsibilities:

  • Answering client calls and emails, attentively listening to their needs and noting their questions/needs;
  • Collecting and entering required information accurately within the company’s internal system;
  • Collaboratively work to attain team objectives and goals and maintain quality customer service
  • Entering orders into system

Qualifications:

  • Dynamic and motivated
  • Not afraid to ask questions and be given frequent feedback
  • Curious mind
  • Strong customer-service oriented approach
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous
  • Fluently bilingual (both, written and spoken)
  • Available to start immediately
  • Must be able to work week days on a rotational schedule.
