Fuze HR is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent within the medical supply field. The ideal candidate will have call center experience; bilingualism and a willingness to learn is a must!
- Answering client calls and emails, attentively listening to their needs and noting their questions/needs;
- Collecting and entering required information accurately within the company’s internal system;
- Collaboratively work to attain team objectives and goals and maintain quality customer service
- Entering orders into system
- Dynamic and motivated
- Not afraid to ask questions and be given frequent feedback
- Curious mind
- Strong customer-service oriented approach
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Fluently bilingual (both, written and spoken)
- Available to start immediately
- Must be able to work week days on a rotational schedule.
