Our client in Mississauga is searching for a Customer Service Coordinator for a contract, to provide customer support, order processing and data maintenance.

Your tasks as a Customer Service coordinator:

  • Review customer orders transmitted
  • Check for accuracy and completeness
  • Enter orders in the system
  • Release orders to the Traffic and Warehouse Teams according to customer schedules and / or needs
  • Interpret, manage and coordinate with the warehouse on any specific details and order requirements
  • Build and cultivate strong customer relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service
  • Resolve any customer and process issues. Recommend improvements as required
  • Work with customers to review requirements. Make recommendations
  • Work with customers to increase efficiency through increased order and report automation
  • Maintain current profiles of 3PL customer accounts, which includes documenting processes and procedures
  • Create and update SOP’s for customers and internal business processes
  • Create customer-specific reports as requested

The required qualifications for the Customer Service Coordinator position:

  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Minimum 3 years in a Warehouse / Distribution environment in a customer support role
  • Experience in fulfilling orders direct to store/distribution centre, B2B and B2C orders are assets
  • Experience working with major retailers in a supply chain/logistics environment is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word)
  • Intermediate computer skills required in Excel i.e. filter, sort, formulas, v-lookup
