We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to help our clients within the medical alerts industry!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming requests from our customers in a positive and enthusiastic manner;
  • Actively listen to customers to asses their needs;
  • Propose products and services tailored to the clients;
  • Resolving problems, handling requests and keeping record of interactions;
  • Redirect calls to the proper colleague, if necessary;
  • Have every client feel comforted and fascinated after every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluently bilingual (English and French);
  • Interested in a challenging work atmosphere;
  • High-school diploma or higher;
  • Having previous work experience in sales and customer service.
