We are currently looking Customer Service Agent in the Langley area!

Responsabilities:

• Enter and verify purchase order
• Processing of customer orders
• Perform data entry
• Correspond with warehouse manager
• Monitoring and follow-up of shipments to guarantee on-time delivery
• Other duties required by supervisotr

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a customer service role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working on an ERP system
• Strong MS Office skills
• Ability to work in a team with a minimum of supervision
