Position Summary: As a Contracts Coordinator, you will be a key member of our team responsible for managing contracts and ensuring the smooth flow of contract-related information within our organization. Your primary focus will be utilizing Newstar software to facilitate contract management processes, from initial negotiation to contract execution and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Administration: Draft, review, and administer various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, and subcontractor agreements.

Newstar Software Utilization: Leverage Newstar software to manage contracts, track contract changes, monitor deadlines, and ensure data accuracy.

Contract Compliance: Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with terms, conditions, and obligations. Notify relevant parties of upcoming renewals or expirations.

Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors, including updating contract terms and performance evaluations.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized contract records, including electronic and hard copy files.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries and communicate contract information to relevant departments.

Reporting: Generate and analyze reports from Newstar to provide insights into contract performance and trends.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to contract management procedures.

Training: Provide training and support to team members on Newstar software and contract management best practices.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field (preferred).

•Proven experience as a Contracts Coordinator or in a similar role, with a strong focus on contract management.

•Proficiency in Newstar software is essential.

•Knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.

•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

•Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

•Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•High level of integrity and professionalism.

•Familiarity with industry-specific contracts (e.g., construction, real estate, procurement) is a plus.
