Our client is having been funding institutions as well as operating programs in Israel and Canada for over 25 years! They fund both medical and scientific research, higher education, Holocaust education, youth empowerment and school perseverance, music and the arts, architecture, and quality of life initiatives for people with developmental disabilities. The client has a lot of stories to share and are looking to hire a strong writer to help share these stories along with translate all existing information!

In the position of a content writer and translator, the candidate will be responsible for developing, translating and implementing all online marketing communications and social media posts for our client.

Role and Responsibilities:
– Translate existing documents in French to English AND English to French
– Create, post and review all social media content
– Read through content and create snapshots of the content to encourage audience to read/explore the content.

Ideal Candidate:
-Completely bilingual (in English and French)
-Has exceptional writing talent
-Has a strong knowledge and is able to use social media tools (facebook, twitter, instagram)
-University degree or college diploma in Journalism, Communications, Marketing and/or 3+ years of relevant work experience
-Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional results to multiple internal clients
-Passionate, interested and able to work with a difficult subject matter, the Holocaust, in a thoughtful and sensitive way
