Compliance Analyst

Role: Compliance Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON

Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports that clearly describe transaction details, analysis, investigation results and supporting documentation
• Analyze and review transactions using internal and external systems and tools
• Communicate with team members within the organization and with external partners to gather information and develop comprehensive investigations
• Ensure that customer information is properly recorded in the customer relationship management system and in accordance with department standards
• Communicate with sales team members to verify specific data or obtain additional information on new and existing customers

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in an operational compliance function
• KYC or anti-money laundering regulatory experience is an asset
• Data collection related to regulatory compliance
• Experience/knowledge of client onboarding
• Prior experience with capital markets and wealth regulatory requirements is an asset
