Tasks:

  • Actively participate in different aspects of total compensation by researching, compiling and analyzing confidential information
  • Manage the submission of annual compensation surveys and benchmark analysis, including the validation of salary associated with this position in the market (several surveys per year)
  • Manage and document the job evaluation process, establish classification and submit appropriate salary recommendations, if applicable
  • Support and work with Human Resources business partners to ensure programs are properly implemented; occasionally, be called upon to provide assistance to employees and managers

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant subject
  • 2-4 years of experience in Compensation and Rewards
  • Perfectly Bilingual ( French / English )
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Word and PP
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
