The Door Technician will be responsible for:

Respond to service and installation requests as assigned by dispatch/service manager

Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, provide solutions, and carry out required maintenance or repairs

Provide exemplary service, communicate effectively with customers

Provide estimates and quote jobs

Contributing to business development by building relationships, upselling future service/products, attracting new customers via referrals, etc.

Qualified candidates will present:

2+ years of commercial door installation and maintenance experience, or relevant, similar experience and strong technical skills/aptitude

Familiarity with a range of operators highly desirable

Electromechanical knowledge and skills, willingness to learn

Strong communication and customer service skills

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Valid BC Driver’s license and clean abstract, must provide prior to first interview
