Fuze HR Solutions is currently looking for a Client Financial Services Representative for a North American provider of brokerage services.


  • Manage customer accounts within assigned portfolio by handling phone calls and/or emails (including negotiating payment arrangements, building relationships with customers to understand their needs)
  • Monitor and manage “shipment hold/notification” screen within authorized limits
  • Enlist the efforts of the Operations team and Senior Management when necessary to accelerate the collection process
  • Communicate and follow-up with operations regarding customer disputes
  • Assist with any other duties as required

  • 5 years of experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Great communication skills
  • High degree of dedication, ownership and initiative
  • Ability to work independently and perform in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Bilingual (English and French; written and spoken)
