Some of the tasks include:

  • Obtaining and verifying client information when answering external calls;
  • Answering client questions, providing required information and instructing customers on steps to follow for immediate resolution of anissue;
  • Input data into the company computer platform to keep customer records updated;
  • Maintain customer satisfaction based on explicit criteria set forth by the company;
  • Accomplishing sales and organizational goals by completing related results as needed.

We are looking for experienced Call Center Agents that

-have minimum of 6 months experience in customer service

-have great interpersonal/communication skillss

-are adaptable;

-are dynamic;

-have the ability to multi-task.
