Some of the tasks include:
- Obtaining and verifying client information when answering external calls;
- Answering client questions, providing required information and instructing customers on steps to follow for immediate resolution of anissue;
- Input data into the company computer platform to keep customer records updated;
- Maintain customer satisfaction based on explicit criteria set forth by the company;
- Accomplishing sales and organizational goals by completing related results as needed.
We are looking for experienced Call Center Agents that
-have minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
-have great interpersonal/communication skillss
-have the ability to multi-task.
