Our client is a worldwide leader in outsourced customer service management. They are currently searching for a Call Center Representative to work from their office in Montreal.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Resolving inbound calls with a one call resolution.
  • Offering the highest degree of Customer Service.
  • Working well individually as well as in a team.
  • Work in compliance with the training provided and execute at the highest level.

Requirements :

  • No experience necessary
  • Must speak English fluently
  • High School Diploma.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in Customer Service is an asset.
