Fuze HR is hiring Call center agents for a large delivery company in Moncton!

**TRAINING ON SITE** THEN WORKING FROM HOME

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides in-bound and out-bound customer support in a contact center environment.
  • Answer calls and determine the nature of the call or inquiry.
  • Agent must recommend solutions and/or provide customized support when needed.
  • Track customer package requests and assisting with delivery solutions, facilitating package investigations.
  • Provide a personalized customer experience through easy, quick and enthusiastic interactions that allow our customers to accomplish their goals.
  • Provide rate quotes and scheduling package pick-ups.
  • Handling customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer concerns while cultivating positive customer relationships.
  • Meet set targets on a daily basis
  • Dealing with telephone calls

Preferred Competencies & Skills

  • Strong customer service skills and listening skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and problem solving.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision and a high attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of word and excel

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Customer Service or General Administrative Experience Preferred
