What are some of the responsibilities of the Business Relationship Manager:

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with brokers, lenders and clients – Ontario territory

• Prospect and source new relationships as well; build on existing relationships

• Attend offsite meetings, attend trade shows and visit with clients

• Increase revenue for the division by building and development of relationships

• Cross sell other financial solutions that are offered company wide

• Responsible for meeting monthly KPI targets and growth in revenue

• Other project required by the Director of Underwriting

The required qualifications of the Business Relationship Manager:

• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry with 5+ years of experience working in mortgage underwriting

• Sales driven and enjoys building relationships

• Proven track record of sales success

• Working knowledge of Salesforce
