What Are The Duties Of The Business Development Manager:

  • Develop market and sales strategies to grow market share in designated territory
  • Cross collaborate with all departments to ensure clients receive white glove service
  • Attend and present presentations and webinars; as well, attend trade shows
  • Point of contact for subject matter topics in your market
  • Measuring success in opportunities by utilizing KPI metrics and tools

The Required Qualification Of the Business Development Manager

  • 2+ years of working experience in the BDM role
  • Alternative mortgage and investment experience is highly desired
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated to build and grow a book of business
  • Must have a vehicle and drivers license to attend client meetings
  • Hybrid working schedule – Must work in downtown office 1-2 times/week
