Our client, in the healthcare industry located in Brampton is looking to hire a full time Facilities Maintenance Technician, Level 1. Great opportunity for someone to learn and grow.

Your tasks as the Facilities Maintenance Technician, Level 1:

·Conduct general labour initiatives including routine maintenance checks

·Inspect and maintain building equipment and system components, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical

·Respond to maintenance request and complete work orders

·All other duties assigned

The required qualifications of the Facilities Maintenance Technician Level 1:

·Maintenance Technician diploma, BOMI Certified or equivalent

·5+ years of experience in building maintenance, HVAC, building automation systems and general labour

·Strong understanding of all trades

·Able to work with building automation and computer maintenance systems

·Knowledge of health & safety

·Must possess a valid driver’s license

·Must be COVID-19 (three doses)

·Excellent communication and client service skills

·Flexible to work Tuesday to Saturday
