Brand Ambassador

Tuesday to Saturday – 37.5 hours per week

Toronto, near the distillery district

We’re seeking a Brand Ambassador to join a high end and exclusive reseller of home appliances, we’re talking Elle Decor Magazine highend!

AS A BRAND AMBASSADOR, YOU WILL:

• Welcome and offer private consultations to customers on building their dream kitchen

• Educate customers and industry sales representatives as well as trade on our remarkable brands and products

• Unleash your charm and host culinary events at our experience center

• Play an active part in the orchestration and facilitation of diverse showroom and off-site events, including cooking demos, trainings, and promotions

• Embrace the challenge and reap the benefits by overachieving objectives

• Develop network connections and meet some of the brightest minds in the design industry

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably with high-end or luxury products (hospitality, or luxury retail experience is an asset)

• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends for special and occasional events for clients

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player attitude

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook

• Familiarity with Salesforce or a CRM, considered an asset
