Bilingual Recruiter (English/French)

Seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) to work directly at one of our client’s locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment activities onsite at our client’s location.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, timelines, and position requirements.
- Create and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Update and maintain accurate records within client ATS systems.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a staffing agency or high-volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with our processes and standards.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of recruitment in manufacturing, logistics, or technical environments is a plus.
