Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for execution against scorecard goals to drive team and campaign results, reporting inspection, product and process training, quality assurance, and customer service support as well as identifying and/or resolving issues pertaining to any related problems for the client and field sales offices
  • Direct liaison between Fortune 500 client and sales force
  • Manage local regional or national sales campaigns
  • Train and develop field sales force
  • Collaborate with internal team members, with the client, and with the field, to drive production and other performance metrics defined on a campaign scorecard
  • Provide excellent customer service, WOWing the field, client, and co-workers with a professional and positive approach, quick response time and effectiveness at answering their questions
  • Successfully launch new ICLs, ensuring they are trained in product knowledge, sales processes, and systems/procedures
  • Ensures that ICLs and reps consistently represent the client accurately and with quality
  • Drives ICL performance, meeting client and campaign goals for profitability and growth
  • Helps with the execution of campaign initiatives, driving and handling follow up support
  • Provides regular feedback to management on status of ICLs and action plan updates
  • Field leader capable of meeting campaign sales and quality standards and coaching/mentoring reps to do the same

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Bilingual in English and French is a must
  • Located in Toronto, Montreal or Ottawa.
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate natural ability to collaborate well with others in a team and thrive in a dynamic, fast-faced and highly-fluid environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be self-confident, have a passion for sales including high energy, strong customer service, client relationship and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment utilizing strengths in organization, time management and prioritization

Candidate must be able to travel at least 40%-50%
