Fuze HR Solutions is immediately hiring for a Bilingual Manager, Funding job opening in Toronto, Ontario (Currently work from home). Our client is a leader in indirect auto financing and leasing solutions. Have you managed a team and do you have an understanding of dealer processes? Then this amazing opportunity is for you!

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA / BS Degree Preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in leasing industry or similar
  • Knowledge of dealer processes and auto lending business a huge asset
  • Must be French/English Bilingual
  • Exposure to coaching, mentorship and providing feedback

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide training, feedback and coaching to team – manage employee issues and behavior management
  • Track volume of pending contracts to achieve KPI’s of business
  • Manage recruitment process, maintaining headcount levels
  • Manage and build relationships with all levels of business
  • Partake in Business Centre meetings
  • Provide feedback on funding issues
  • Other duties as assigned

ADDITIONAL NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

  • Retail, Lease, and Balloon financing knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills an asset
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Demonstrate high-level of compliance and standards
  • Customer centric with amazing interpersonal skills
