Are you skilled when it comes to building costumer relationships and providing value in ways that increase costumer satisfaction and loyalty? If so, we would like to meet you! We are currently looking for a Bilingual Insurance Tracker to work in our clients’ company that specializes in the leasing industry.

Your tasks as a Bilingual Insurance Tracker:

  • Makes outbound calls to obtain adequate insurance policies
  • If the customer is not insured, advise that they must provide confirmation of full insurance coverage
  • Makes outbound calls to brokers
  • Confirm coverage with the broker to ensure the policy they send will meet the company’s requirements
  • Send demand letter if the policy information is not received
  • Contact customers to advise of the consequences of not providing the full insurance information
  • Send final notices via Registered Mail; if the policy information is not received
  • Deal with the Inboxes, one day per week
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements for the Bilingual Insurance Tracker position:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of leasing/financing
  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems
  • Able to work independently
  • Critical thinking
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Able to deal with confrontation in a professional manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations
  • College or university degree preferred
  • Experience working in insurance is an asset
  • Must be bilingual in French and English – both verbal and written
