Our client, a leader in the automation systems industry is eager to a Bilingual Inside Sales Support for their Mississauga office to start immediately.

Your tasks as the Bilingual Inside Sales Support:
·Assist outside sale representative for quoting, selling goods and customer inquiries
·Input orders and follow through to shipping and all aspects of customer service
·Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
·Assist in arranging delivery and installation of products and equipment
·Assist with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
·Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
·Provide customers with product samples, catalogs, and brochures
·Follow through customer issues from start to finish
·Invoice customers and ensure customer receives invoice as required
·Back up to Shipping Receiving Traffic Clerk as needed
·Other duties assigned
The required qualifications of the Bilingual Inside Sales Support:
·Must be fully bilingual in English and French, both written and oral
·Minimum 2 years of product sales experience
·Excellent written and verbal communications skills
·Technical sales background is an asset (Engineering)
·Strong customer service
·Experience with AS400 is an asset
·Ability to use computers and computer systems, to process and verify information, and to resolve conflicts or negotiate
·Have a valid passport and able to travel minimal twice a year oversees and to the states
