Do you have strong knowledge in costumer care techniques and processes? Are you able to properly operate well in a call center environment? If so, we would like to meet you! We are currently looking for a Bilingual End of Term Specialist to be part of our clients’ team of professionals. Our client works in the leasing industry and is looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in a call center.

Your tasks as a Bilingual End of Term Specialist:

  • Outbound calls to Lease Customers prior to maturity
  • Outbound calls on Excess Wear & Tear Invoices
  • Provide guidelines to lessees and ensure that proper procedures & scripts are being adhered to on every call
  • Answer customer queries pertaining to the End of Lease process
  • Coach Customers on Inspection guidelines to lessees to avoid potential issues at lease return
  • Respond to e-mails in a timely manner
  • Follow-up daily and document everything on our system
  • Assist Clients with any queries
  • Apprises Team Lead and or Manager of EOT on escalations, issues, concerns
  • Aim at resolving most issues with first call resolution
  • Answer to transfer calls in the Queue
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements for the End of Term Specialist position:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Call Center environment
  • Strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes
  • Exceptional analytical and listening skills
  • Ability to operate well in a call center team environment
  • Must be bilingual in French & English – Both verbally and written
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Able to multitask and prioritize
  • Willing to work different shifts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Automotive experience is an asset
