Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading distributor for commercial interior decor is currently searching for a bilingual customer service representative to join their growing team!

In this position you will be responsible to placing and tracking orders, answering client calls and inquires while consistently offering an excellent customer service. Inquiries may come in via email or telephone, along with managing multiple things at once.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Answer all incoming calls

Handle all incoming inquires, orders, shipments and tracking of merchandise

Handle all client accounts, credits and payments

Handle any client issues with a strong sense of urgency

Deliver excellent client service and support to all existing, new and potential clients

Qualifications:

-Must be bilingual in English and french written and spoken (90% of incoming calls will be french)

-Energetic, an efficient worker and someone who takes initiative

-Previous experience working in customer service in a fast paced environment

-Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a quick environment and remain calm, able to get the job done
