Role : Customer Service Associate
Location: Pointe-Claire, QC – fully onsite
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who will be joining the customer service team. CSA will be responsible for ensuring that customer product orders are defined accordingly and in a timely manner in our information system and in accordance with all the company’s operating procedures.
Key Accountabilities
• Review and handle any special customer requests for products including pricing.
• Follow approved contract pricing where applicable.
• Communicate with various stakeholders, customers & distribution team, regarding product requirements.
• Communicate with customers on a regular basis; build relationships.
• Provide front-line support to customers, direct special requests accordingly.
• Insure proper weight balancing for pre-paid or customer paid transport.
• Distribution of documents as required.
• Generate reports.
• Other related tasks.
Job Requirements
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in customer service with products.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Detail-oriented.
• Planning and organization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills, particularly with Excel.
• Experience in manufacturing industry (an asset).
