We are currently looking for an Application Support Specialist to troubleshoot, investigate and document application issued and processes within our clients’ company. Our client specializes in the software industry.

Your tasks as an Application Support Specialist:

  • Ensure the reception of cases and service requests for our various applications
  • Perform the initial analysis of cases and evaluate their priority
  • Respond to, assist and support clients remotely for level I cases
  • Escalate unresolved Level II and III cases to the appropriate resources
  • Document cases and requests for changes and improvements
  • Process client requests courteously and with a high level of professionalism
  • Follow the processes put in place by our company and help improve them
  • Coordinate the installation of updates in our clients’ environments
  • Help colleagues at all levels of support in their tasks and projects

Requirements for the Application Support Specialist position:

  • Relevant work experience as application support consultant
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 application suite
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Knowledge of finances
  • Experience with integrated ERP management systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (an asset)
