Location: Winnipeg MB (Onsite)
Job Description: We are currently looking an Administrative Assistant in the Winnipeg area!
Responsibilities:
- Managing Switchboard ( In-coming calls)
- Photocopying/scanning reports
- Email Communications
- Mail Distribution
- Audit admin tasks
- Office Support
- Office Inventory
- Other General tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work independently,
- Possess excellent grammatical and editing skills.
- Detail-oriented
- Taking initiative when necessary.
- Should demonstrate resourcefulness and a desire to learn.
- Professional demeanor and intermediate software skills (Word, Excel) are required.
