Role: Administrative Assistant

Status: Temporary

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prepare Agreements on behalf of the company
  • Coordinate the administration of travel and ensure these are correctly listed
  • Arrange and organize industry meetings
  • Assist towards Projects
  • Ensure the structural records of auditor lists are professionally maintained – whilst allocating auditing procedure and processing Audit Reports requests
  • Proof read and review press releases
  • Assist with the administration of budgeting and forecasting activities; whilst accountable for invoicing
  • Coordinate webinars – including registration and surveys with attendance analysis
  • Maintain and update Operational Safety Audits

Qualifications:

  • University degree or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English; knowledge of other languages would be an asset
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure, excellent planning skills and ability to multi-task;
  • Ability to interact with high level management and senior industry stakeholders;
  • Experience in aviation and/or environment would be an asset
  • Skills in data analysis and visualization would be an asset
