We are currently searching for an administrative assistant to be part of our team of professionals. The chosen administrative assistant will work closely with the Executive assistant to support the team and the president. Your tasks as an administrative assistant:

  • Support the EA with the administration of our charitable foundation
  • Serves as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to the operational business– make sure the team has what it needs to be productive and happy
  • Organize travel and make sure all aspects of trips work seamlessly from start to finish
  • Reports, presentations, letters – you guessed it, I will need your help with these as well

The required qualifications for the Administrative Assistant position:

  • Must be detail obsessed – see and know what is going with my projects and with the team
  • Be a great Communicator – excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be service Oriented – we strive to do better and be better daily
  • Must be tactful and Discreet – you will deal with a lot of confidential information
  • Must be flexible – no surprise that I will sometimes need your help outside of regular hours
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 – 3 years of experience supporting a senior manager or executive
  • Experience working for a charity or not for profit organization an asset
  • Technically savvy (able to quickly learn a number of internal messaging and project management systems) and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Mandarin speaking is a strong asset***
