We are looking for an administrative support for the Hr department at Ville Saint-Laurent!

What we offer for the administrative assistant :

  • Salary is 25$/hrs
  • Monday to friday 8-17 flexible / 35 hrs/week
  • 6 month contract with possibility of extension
  • Work from home ( 3 -4 days a week) office 1-2 days

What we are looking for:

  • Extremely organized and detail oriented (must be an extremely organized person who pays attention to detail!)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Comfortable organizing files and data (digitally, we have no physical documents)
  • Strong admin background (Can be in HR, or other departments)
  • Fluently bilingual, must be able to understand English and French legal documents

What they will do in the administrative assistant role:

  • Assist the department with creating new employees properly in our database
  • Handling new employee paperwork
  • Helping fix mistakes in database
  • Create job requests in our platform
  • Organize our digital filing system
  • Send flowers, gifts, welcome boxes, baby gifts, cards, etc. to employees
  • Book meetings, interviews, pre-employment tests (drug & alcohol)
  • Help coordinate event planning
  • Other special projects
