Job Description

Our client is a reputable company in retail. They are presently searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.


  • Handle large volume invoices;
  • Enter the invoice data into the computer system;
  • Verify receipts and prices in the computer system;
  • Manage invoices, cheques and receipts;
  • Respond to suppliers regarding status of suppliers’ accounts;
  • Provide various reports;
  • Any other related tasks.


  • DEC in accounting;
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable;
  • Know how to manage a large number of invoices;
  • Proficient with MS Office and Excel software;
  • Bilingualism French/English.
