The successful candidate would provide support according to the needs of the Partners and staff. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise and the ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure with minimal supervision and direction

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for managing client deliverables
  • Responsible for managing staff within the office
  • Responsible for anticipating client service needs
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of corporate accounting and financial management

A successful candidate will have:

  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Software proficiency in : MS Excel, Word, Sage Accounting, QuickBooks Online, Caseware and Taxprep
  • HST and payroll experience
  • the ability to interpret CRA corrrespondence and comminicate it to clients
  • Audit experiance would be an asset
  • The right candidate should have proven experience in similar roles and must have a CPA designation with at least 5-10 years experience
  • Bilingualism and experience in a professional services firm will be considered an asset
