TECH ACCOUNT MANAGER

80-120K base + commissions

·Solution : Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days home (onboarding/training 90 days in office)

·Location: Montreal

REQUIEREMENTS

  • MUST: Minimum 4 years of experience in the software/SAAS/IT or AV industry.
  • MUST: PERFECT English speaker/writer
  • MUST: experience in high volume sales or account management

We are currently looking for an Account Manager for a digital technology company in Montreal!

We are continually investing in R&D to provide high-end technology solutions to our customers in over 100 countries around the world!

You will report to the General Manager of the North America region!

Your mandate as an account manager :

  • Develop business with existing clients and prospects.

  • Learn the product, become an expert, so that customers see you as a valuable source of information.

  • Convert inbound leads.
  • Make product presentations tailored to the customer’s use case.
  • Collaborate with sales, product and support teams on inbound RFPs, RFIs and RFQs.
  • Respond to daily inbound sales requests.
  • Track wins and losses to provide regular feedback to management on progress and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain clear communication with the business development team to escalate issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • University degree
  • MUST: Minimum 4 years of experience in the software/SAAS/IT or AV industry.
  • MUST: PERFECT English speaker/writer
  • MUST: experience in high volume sales or account management
  • French (asset)
  • Good customer relationship skills with a solution orientation.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of indirect sales and the software industry.
  • Experience in handling customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Ability to maintain long term relationships and suggest new products and services
  • Proven track record of success and strategy in a similar role
