Account Director/ Sales


  • Develop and ensure the implementation of annual sales and marketing plans based on the group’s development strategy
  • Define the strategy and commercial policy of the company
  • Ensure the development of the company with Canadian and US market
  • Performs analysis on the various sales reports in order to make forecasts and makes recommendations to the management
  • Analyze the market, trends and competition
  • Prepare and attend the various exhibitions
  • Perform presentations in front of clients and customers
  • Maintain current accounts as well as foster new leads


  • 5+ years experience in a sales management role
  • Thorough understanding of IT solutions or Ergonomic Furniture – preferred
  • Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/financial skills.
  • Experience in working effectively with all disciplines in an organization, including Manufacturing, R&D, Sourcing and Finance
  • Superior oral and written communication skills as well as proven presentation skills – French and English
  • Ability to effectively use analytical or theoretical approaches to problem solving
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
