Responsibilities include:

Develop processes and establish ongoing improvement plans for deliveries and routing

Implement and monitor performance metrics

Communication with other departments and management team, contributing relevant information to coordinate activities and ensure high quality of service internally, with clients and suppliers alike

Report issues to facilitate ongoing efficiencies (including revenue and expense management, customer patterns and effectiveness of processes and procedures)

Nurture a high performance culture. Train and coach staff to maximize their knowledge and skills

Provide great customer care and resolution of escalating situations

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in Transport Operations

Great analytical skills

Good negotiation, conflict resolution and people management skills

Able to analyze the needs of clients and offer appropriate solutions

Able to nurture relationships with customers and suppliers

Flexible and adaptable, can multi-task under pressure

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Bilingualism
