RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preventative maintenance and pre-trip inspections of Trucks
• General maintenance and PM services: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems including fuel system, brakes, steering and suspension, engine, emission control and exhaust, cooling and climate control, and electrical and electronic systems using hand tools and other specialized repair equipment.
• Testing and adjusting repaired systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications
• Accurately entering and updating information in the maintenance software through the use of state-of-the-art web-based tablet system
• Communicating effectively with co-workers, customers and service managers
• Accommodate customer requirements and maximize the shop productivity
• Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 310 T Certified Truck Mechanics with 3-5 years’ experience within a reputable company
• Will consider Red seal certified candidates
• Highly qualified and skilled experience on the repairs and maintenance of trucks
• Must be okay to work afternoon shift
