As a Service Technician, you are responsible for:
Provide technical service support, product advice, pricing, and quotations to customers
- Educate customers based on products and provide recommendations on system modifications
- Coordinate and perform in-house repairs, providing emergency services and on-site troubleshooting as required
- Diagnose hydraulic and electrical system issues at client Site
- Conduct inspection and preventative maintenance services
- Installations and commissioning services
- Maintain all customer/service records, and follow company processes and procedures for all service calls, repairs and warranty requests, including proper documentation within our system
