Notre client, une entreprise bien \u00e9tablie dans le domaine des services situ\u00e9e au centre-ville de Montr\u00e9al, est \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un(e) Gestionnaire de la paie bilingue pour se joindre \u00e0 son \u00e9quipe Ressources humaines et Culture.<\/div>\n

Relevant de l\u2019\u00e9quipe RH, la personne s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e prendra en charge les op\u00e9rations de paie pour une organisation pancanadienne en croissance. Le r\u00f4le combine la supervision de la paie, la gestion d\u2019une petite \u00e9quipe, la conformit\u00e9, les remises gouvernementales et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue des processus.<\/div>\n

Responsabilit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n
  • Superviser le cycle complet de paie aux deux semaines.<\/li>\n
  • Encadrer et soutenir 2 membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe paie.<\/li>\n
  • Assurer l\u2019exactitude des donn\u00e9es de paie et des informations financi\u00e8res li\u00e9es \u00e0 la paie dans le syst\u00e8me.<\/li>\n
  • G\u00e9rer les remises gouvernementales, les ajustements de paie et les conciliations financi\u00e8res.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborer avec les \u00e9quipes RH, HRIS et Finance pour les embauches, d\u00e9parts, changements salariaux et int\u00e9grations syst\u00e8mes.<\/li>\n
  • R\u00e9pondre aux questions des employ\u00e9s et gestionnaires concernant la paie et les avantages sociaux.<\/li>\n
  • Diriger les activit\u00e9s de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e et assurer la conformit\u00e9 aux obligations l\u00e9gales.<\/li>\n
  • Identifier des opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue, d\u2019automatisation et d\u2019optimisation des processus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Profil recherch\u00e9<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    • 5 ans et plus d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en paie et syst\u00e8mes RH, incluant une exp\u00e9rience en gestion d\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/li>\n
    • Bonne connaissance des lois canadiennes en mati\u00e8re de paie, fiscalit\u00e9 et conformit\u00e9.<\/li>\n
    • Exp\u00e9rience avec Workday Payroll, un atout.<\/li>\n
    • Aisance avec Excel et les conciliations financi\u00e8res li\u00e9es \u00e0 la paie.<\/li>\n
    • Certification PCP ou CPM, un atout.<\/li>\n
    • Excellentes habilet\u00e9s de communication, de rigueur et de gestion des priorit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n

      Our client, a well-established company in the services industry located in downtown Montreal, is looking for a Bilingual Payroll Manager to join its People & Culture team.<\/div>\n

      <\/div>\n
      Reporting within the HR function, the selected candidate will lead payroll operations for a growing national organization. This role combines full payroll oversight, small team leadership, compliance, government remittances and continuous process improvement.<\/div>\n

      <\/div>\n
      Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n
        \n
      • Oversee the full bi-weekly payroll cycle.<\/li>\n
      • Manage and support 2 payroll team members.<\/li>\n
      • Ensure payroll and payroll-related financial data accuracy within the system.<\/li>\n
      • Handle government remittances, payroll adjustments and financial reconciliations.<\/li>\n
      • Collaborate with HR, HRIS and Finance on new hires, terminations, salary changes and system integrations.<\/li>\n
      • Support employees and managers with payroll and benefits-related inquiries.<\/li>\n
      • Lead year-end payroll activities and ensure legal compliance.<\/li>\n
      • Identify opportunities to improve, automate and optimize payroll processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        <\/div>\n
        Profile<\/strong><\/div>\n
          \n
        • 5+ years of experience in payroll and HR systems, including team leadership experience.<\/li>\n
        • Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll, tax and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n
        • Experience with Workday Payroll is an asset.<\/li>\n
        • Comfortable with Excel and payroll-related financial reconciliations.<\/li>\n
        • PCP or CPM certification is an asset.<\/li>\n
        • Strong communication, accuracy and prioritization skills.<\/li>\n
        • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken, due to regular interaction across Canada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
