Overview<\/div>\n
We are hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation within the packaging\/corrugated industry.<\/div>\n
This role is critical to keeping production on track\u2014balancing scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and supplier coordination to ensure materials and orders flow efficiently from start to finish.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/div>\n
Production Scheduling & Coordination<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Plan and manage daily production schedules <\/li>\n
  • Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to meet deadlines <\/li>\n
  • Expedite urgent orders through production <\/li>\n
  • Communicate schedule updates with production and customer service teams <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Purchasing & Supplier Management<\/div>\n
      \n
    • Order raw materials (board\/feedstock) for production and inventory <\/li>\n
    • Review and validate purchase orders against supplier confirmations <\/li>\n
    • Manage supplier communication (delays, discrepancies, special orders) <\/li>\n
    • Track and update delivery dates and lead times <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Inventory & Reporting<\/div>\n
        \n
      • Work closely with Inventory Coordinator to maintain optimal stock levels <\/li>\n
      • Monitor feedstock levels and adjust as needed <\/li>\n
      • Maintain accurate records and update systems (ERP \/ scheduling tools) <\/li>\n
      • Generate daily reports for management and operations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        <\/p>\n

        Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/div>\n
          \n
        • Partner with Customer Service to align production timelines with customer expectations <\/li>\n
        • Support issue resolution related to supply, scheduling, and delivery <\/li>\n
        • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          Requirements<\/div>\n
            \n
          • 1+ year corrugated manufacturing experience OR 2\u20133 years in packaging\/manufacturing in a similar role <\/li>\n
          • Experience in production scheduling, purchasing, or coordination <\/li>\n
          • Strong Excel skills (used daily) <\/li>\n
          • Solid math and analytical ability <\/li>\n
          • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines <\/li>\n
          • High attention to detail and accuracy <\/li>\n
          • Strong organizational and time management skills <\/li>\n
          • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to change <\/li>\n
          • Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written English) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
