We are currently looking for an Accountant to join a well-established company of approximately 200 employees.<\/div>\n
Reporting to the Finance Director, the selected candidate will actively participate in the full accounting cycle within a dynamic and structured environment.<\/div>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n\n- Participate in the preparation of monthly and consolidated financial statements<\/li>\n
- Perform bank account balancing and journal entries<\/li>\n
- Complete account analyses, including inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other related accounts<\/li>\n
- Monitor intercompany transactions<\/li>\n
- Process payroll and prepare year-end payroll reports<\/li>\n
- Prepare various financial reports, including cash management reporting<\/li>\n
- Prepare government remittances, including GST, QST and other related filings<\/li>\n
- Follow up with tax authorities, including Revenu Qu\u00e9bec<\/li>\n
- Participate in audits and period-end processes<\/li>\n
- Handle invoicing and customer account follow-up, including collections<\/li>\n
- Support accounts payable when needed<\/li>\n
- Contribute to continuous process improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Profile<\/strong><\/div>\n\n- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or a related field<\/li>\n
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role<\/li>\n
- Bilingual French and English, both spoken and written<\/li>\n
- Excellent command of Excel and Microsoft Office tools<\/li>\n
- Good knowledge of accounting systems, considered an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
