\u2022 Lead and manage all aspects of the health & safety program across multiple job sites
\u2022 Ensure full compliance with OHSA, COR requirements, and internal safety policies
\u2022 Oversee incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions
\u2022 Develop and implement company-wide safety initiatives and training programs
\u2022 Mentor and support Field Safety Associates and site teams
\u2022 Conduct audits and ensure continuous improvement of safety practices
\u2022 Collaborate with senior leadership, project teams, and subcontractors
\u2022 Track and report on safety metrics, KPIs, and compliance performance<\/div>\n
Qualifications<\/div>\n
\u2022 5\u201310+ years of construction safety experience, including leadership responsibilities
\u2022 Strong knowledge of Ontario health & safety regulations and best practices
\u2022 Experience managing safety across multiple projects or regions
\u2022 Proven ability to lead, train, and influence teams
\u2022 Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills<\/div>\n
Certifications (Preferred\/Required)<\/div>\n
\u2022 NCSO or CRSP designation preferred
\u2022 COR audit experience strongly preferred
\u2022 First Aid \/ CPR
\u2022 Working at Heights<\/div>\n<\/p>\n
