And if you\u2019re great, there is potential for permanent employment with our (very cool, industry-leading) client.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>The Millwrights will enjoy interesting, lucrative work within a state-of-the-art facility that will be setting standards for plants all over the world.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>APPLY TODAY!<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>As a Millwright your role is to provide mechanical equipment maintenance service and support the Innovation Plant<\/div>\n<div>operations. Your primary focus will be to assist Plant operations by maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical<\/div>\n<div>equipment including motors, pumps, valves, evaporators, fans and other related equipment. Your role will also require<\/div>\n<div>the ability to remove equipment hatchways and piping flanges to provide access for the Operations team to complete<\/div>\n<div>inspections and cleanout related tasks.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Core Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>1. Equipment Installation &#038; Commissioning<\/div>\n<ul class=\"list mt20\">\n<li>Install pumps, compressors, mixers, conveyors, and other rotating equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Align and level machinery using precision tools (e.g., laser alignment).<\/li>\n<li>Assist in commissioning new systems and verifying operational readiness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> 2. Maintenance &#038; Repairs<\/div>\n<ul class=\"list mt20\">\n<li>Perform mechanical repairs on critical plant equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Replace worn or damaged components (bearings, seals, shafts, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Conduct preventive maintenance tasks as per schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> 3. Troubleshooting &#038; Diagnostics<\/div>\n<ul class=\"list mt20\">\n<li>Identify mechanical issues in rotating and static equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Use vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and other diagnostic tools.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with plant engineers to resolve recurring problems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> 4. Safety &#038; Compliance<\/div>\n<ul class=\"list mt20\">\n<li>Follow all site-specific safety protocols, including PPE and permit-to-work systems.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with chemical plant regulations (e.g., handling hazardous materials).<\/li>\n<li>Key Tickets AWP, Fall Arrest, First Aid, WHIMS, Confined Space Entry\/Rescue)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> 5. Documentation &#038; Reporting<\/div>\n<ul class=\"list mt20\">\n<li>Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent.<\/li>\n<li>Report equipment status and issues to supervisors or maintenance planners.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in updating maintenance logs and CMMS entries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> 6. Collaboration &#038; Support<\/div>\n<ul class=\"list mt20\">\n<li>Work alongside plant maintenance teams and contractors.<\/li>\n<li>Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency repairs.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical input during equipment upgrades or modifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> 7. Housekeeping &#038; Site Integrity<\/div>\n<ul class=\"list mt20\">\n<li>Keep work areas clean and organized.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure tools and equipment are stored properly after use.<\/li>\n<li>Dispose of waste materials according to plant procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> 8.
