      As Regional General Manager<\/strong>, you will have full accountability for the performance, culture, and operational excellence of multiple branches. You\u2019ll operate within a matrix <\/strong>organization<\/strong>, partnering closely with branch leaders to drive consistency, profitability, and an exceptional customer experience.<\/div>\n

      What You\u2019ll Lead & Deliver<\/strong><\/div>\n
      Business & Operational Leadership<\/strong><\/div>\n

      • Own the regional P&L<\/strong>, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency across Sales, Parts, and Service.<\/li>\n
      • Analyze and act on KPIs<\/strong> including revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and service efficiency.<\/li>\n
      • Champion DTNA Elite Support Certification<\/strong>, guiding branches through certification and sustaining elite-level standards post-certification.<\/li>\n
      • Ensure all locations meet or exceed OEM standards, COR certification, and regulatory requirements<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership<\/strong><\/div>\n
          \n
        • Serve as a key member of the Canadian Leadership Team<\/strong>, contributing to national strategy and executing it regionally.<\/li>\n

        • Lead regional marketing initiatives, brand presence, and community engagement<\/strong> efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • Oversee capital expenditures, facility maintenance, and infrastructure projects<\/strong>, including new builds and branch expansions.<\/li>\n
            • Implement best practices and <\/strong>lean<\/strong> operational principles<\/strong> to improve processes, safety, and service delivery.<\/li>\n
            • Partner with third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure facilities meet operational and brand standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Technical & Business Expertise<\/strong><\/div>\n
                \n
              • 8+ years of senior leadership experience<\/strong> in a dealership, transportation, or industrial services environment.<\/li>\n
              • Proven success leading multi-branch or multi-department operations<\/strong> within a matrix structure.<\/li>\n
              • Deep operational knowledge across Sales, Service, and Parts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              • Comfortable leveraging data and analytics to make informed, timely decisions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              • Proficiency with Microsoft Office<\/strong> and dealership management systems (Procede\/Excede, CDK, Karmak, or similar).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
