About the Opportunity:

Fuze HR is currently seeking an experienced Inventory \/ Lead Support professional to join one of our valued logistics partners in the Brampton area. This is a hands-on role suited for a motivated individual with strong inventory management and forklift operation experience who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
You\u2019ll play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory counts, managing shipments, and supporting multiple warehouse operations as needed.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory records.<\/li>\n
  • Receive and verify incoming loads and shipments.<\/li>\n
  • Load and offload inbound and outbound deliveries safely and efficiently.<\/li>\n
  • Provide CSR coverage in their absence (customer service-related documentation and support).<\/li>\n
  • Assist with picking and put-away tasks as required across different warehouse accounts.<\/li>\n
  • Process RGAs (Returned Goods Authorizations) in line with company standards.<\/li>\n
  • Support other inventory teams during lighter workload periods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:<\/div>\n
      \n
    • Valid certification on Order Picker, Reach, and Counterbalance (Electric) forklifts.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse inventory or lead role.<\/li>\n
    • Experience with SAP or a similar warehouse management system.<\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.<\/li>\n
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.<\/li>\n
    • PPE required: Steel-toe boots, high-visibility vest, and adherence to all site safety policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • This position offers steady, full-time hours with opportunities for overtime.<\/li>\n
      • Please note: A maximum of two weeks of vacation is permitted per company policy.<\/li>\n
      • On-site interview and forklift test required prior to hiring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
