Responsabilit\u00e9s principales<\/strong><\/div>\n\n- Agir comme premier point de contact pour les clients (t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et courriel) en offrant un service professionnel et rapide<\/li>\n
- Effectuer la saisie de commandes, les confirmations, la facturation, le classement, ainsi que le traitement des retours et cr\u00e9dits<\/li>\n
- Documenter les plaintes clients, recueillir les informations pertinentes et assurer les suivis afin de garantir la r\u00e9solution et la satisfaction<\/li>\n

- Perform order entry, confirmations, invoicing, filing, and process returns and credits<\/li>\n

- Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory and quality standards<\/li>\n
- Create purchase orders, receive shipments, and monitor inventory levels<\/li>\n
